A clear relationship between on pump myocardial revascularization and the incidence of clinical and laboratory intestinal dysbiosis. Assessment of quality of life in the postoperative period showed a much worse outcome in patients with postoperative uncorrected dysbiosis, and the best performance in the group of patients who received prophylaxis and treatment of postoperative dysbiosis.
