The influence of legal consciousness on the formation of the rule of law

This article is a study in the field of legal culture, or, in other words, a study of those social ideas and concepts that shape and reinforce the law. In particular, we are talking about the concept of personality. People are social, cultural actors they live in communities linked by regulatory ties. Societies and their legal systems, as a rule, define important rights and obligations not for individuals, but in groups, classes, families, or clans.
