In this article, the relevance of addressing the topic of research is due to the influence of legal culture on the use of ways to protect the rights of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are participants in many legal relations, which always puts them at risk of a situation where their rights can be violated. Legal nihilism in modern Russian society is characteristic not only of the ordinary population, but also of business structures. The development of entrepreneurial activity in a market economy cannot be imagined without studying existing extrajudicial forms of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs.
