Influence of legal socialization on improvement of the legal relations

The article deals with philosophical and legal aspects of the legal socialization's impact on the improvement of the legal relations. The author substantiates a thesis, that a person in arrested development and aspirations is becoming degraded, because the social life constantly changes. Therefore, the legal education as a indispensible attribute of the legal socialization and a premise of the legal relationship advancement should be a lifelong issue under consideration for a person.
