Influence of preparations on productivity of cauliflower in south forest-steppe zone of Omsk region

One of the important directions in vegetable growing is the ability, with the help of growth regulators, to accelerate the growth and development of plants in the early period of their life, which ultimately leads to an improvement in the quality of products and increases their productivity. The research was carried out in the educational scientific and production laboratory “Gardeningˮ of the educational-experimental farm of the Omsk State Agrarian University in 2015-2016. The objects of the study during the experiment were cauliflower plants of the Alpha and Garantia varieties, treated with the preparations Zerebra-Agro and Fitosporin-M. The drugs used in the experiments have a growth-stimulating effect. The formation of a cauliflower head when treated with Zerebra-Agro and Fitosporin-M is 2 days earlier than in the control variant. The onset of technical maturity in the experiment with Fitosporin-M occurs on the 82nd day, and with Zerebra-Agro on the 80th day, which is 3-5 days earlier than the control. The use of Fitosporin-M and Zerebra-Agro preparations can reduce the growing season by 4-6 days, and also significantly affect the height of plants, the length of the leaf blade and the number of rosette leaves. Cauliflower plants of the Alpha variety treated with Fitosporin-M were the highest (86.6 cm). The length of the leaf blade of the Alpha and Garantia varieties when treated with Fitosporin-M and Zerebra-Agro exceeded the control. In terms of the number of rosette leaves, the Alpha variety treated with Zerebra-Agro stood out: this indicator was 19.6 pcs., which exceeds the control variant by 4.6 pcs. For the Garantia variety, this indicator also exceeded the control one by 3.0 pcs. By the mass of the food organ, the variants with the use of the Zerebra-Agro preparation stood out and were 1.97 kg for the Alpha variety, and - 1.87 kg for the Garantia variety. When using the preparations Fitosporin-M and Zerebra-Agro on the Garantia variety, its yield significantly exceeded the control variant and amounted to 83.7 and 89.01 t/ha, respectively.
