Influence of globalization processes on the development of modern states

The article deals with the problematic issues of globalization of humanity and the state as a whole. The author formulates the concept of global problems of our time, identifies the most characteristic features of global problems, gives examples of the most acute ones, and tries to find further ways to resolve the issues raised. In modern conditions, the process of globalization takes an important place in the formation of political, economic and legal relations between countries, so this process was the subject of consideration in this article, thereby becoming a vector for further scientific research in this area.
