The influence of the secondary electron emission, the ion-induced electron, and photoemissions are analyzed. The thermalization of the atoms and ions on the capillary walls on the plasma parameters of the positive discharge column of low pressure are analyzed. The role of the degree of the surface roughness of the discharge capillary wall in the given processes is considered.
