The impact of professional education on the social structure of the society

This article deals with sociological frameworks of the youth professional self-determination study. The author considers the functions and the role of the educational system in the reproduction of a social structure of the society. The author proves the need for a scientific approach to the study of professional self-determination and adaptation of young people at the current labor market. Forecasting the development trends of this process will help to elaborate an effective youth policy both at the state level and at the regional one.
