Impact of professional stress on psychological health of the employees of the organization

This article is devoted to the consideration of professional stress of employees of the organization and its impact on their psychological health. Such notions as "stress", "professional stress", "psychological health" are defined in the article. The causes of professional stress and risk factors of psychological health disorders in the workplace are considered. The author cites ways to overcome professional stress.
