The influence of specialized internet resources on legal proceedings in the digital space of modern Russia

In the context of the digitalization of the Russian legal field and the third generation of human rights, including access to information, network resources have acquired special importance. The article analyzes milestones in the development of the Internet space in Russia, as well as issues of improving the judicial system through the development of specialized Web resources. Since the transparency of justice is an integral part of the rule of law, special attention should be paid to the features and capabilities of network resources related to legal proceedings.
