The issues of preserving and maintaining the professional health of employees have recently become particularly important and are due to the ongoing changes. Among the most significant are the consequences of globalization, which have led to the transformation of the whole world and the environment in which the organization operates. For the current situation, instability, uncertainty, flexibility, adaptability, high speed of change, etc. become characteristic features. It should also be noted that the age characteristics of people of working age have changed due to an increase in the retirement age. This article examines the impact of active longevity programs on the corporate image of the organization.
