Influence of labour productivity on organizational model of working process (on the example of activity of banking sector)

This article includes the information about the category of labour productivity. It is shown as a complete system with innovative components. It have been allocated the elements of the category. It states the main problems, which makes the gap between the banking sector of Russia and the developed countries in labour productivity. It is suggested the model of calculation of necessary quantity workplace and the self- service device for the employees of bank, who serves physical persons.
