The influence of past suicidal activity on other aggressive, experimental-psychological and narcological characteristics of men suffering from alcohol dependence

The article studies the influence of suicidal tendencies in men suffering from alcohol dependence on the rest of the spectrum of autoaggressive behavioral patterns, experimentalpsychological and narcological indexes of patients. It has been found out that the presence of suicidal tendencies in men suffering from alcohol dependence sharply increases the probability of various forms of non-suicidal autodestructive acts in them. This category of patients has specific personal-psychological peculiarities and peculiar clinical presentation of the prior narcological disease that dictates the necessity of more careful attention to the group from the standpoint of suicidology and narcology.
