Influence of work of circles of quality on system of management of the Japanese enterprises

Article is devoted to the principles of work of circles of quality in Japan, to the main postulates to which the effective manager within work of circles of quality has to adhere. Positive influence of work of circles of quality on system effectiveness of management in Japan is defined. Also in article the modern understanding of essence of the organization of work of circles of quality is considered.
