The effect of flow characteristics of the dome on temperature field variation at the combustor exhaust

Бесплатный доступ

The article describes a principle of the aircraft engine combustor conversion for the ground operation condition and for using natural gas as a fuel. It also presents design features of the dome and its post-design process stages for minimising fuel flow difference between sprayers. The facility and experimental technique is described. The article shows the relation between fuel flow variation in the sprayers and maximal temperature field variation at the combustor exhaust.
