The influence of the amount of a bribe and commercial bribery on the qualification of corruption related crimes

The purpose of the article is to analyze the issues of determining the amount of a bribe (commercial bribery) for the qualification of corruption related crimes. The author analyzes the approaches to determining the amount of a bribe (commercial bribery) that have developed in law enforcement practice based on the kind of the items giving as a bribe. The author substantiates the possibility of qualifying petty commercial bribery and petty bribery without determining the actual value of the acquired property right in cases when it has not yet been realized.
