Influence of reforms in the customs field on the country's position in the "Doing Business" rating

This article examines the problem of the impact of reforms in the field of customs in the Russian Federation on country risk criteria and on the country's investment climate based on the Doing Business Index. The performance indicators of the Central Customs Post (Electronic Declaration Center (hereinafter CED)) are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the author assesses the impact of the adopted reforms on the country's position in the ranking of countries in terms of creating favorable conditions for doing business.
