The article discusses the problem of psychological well-being of students in the context of multiple academic and social stressors. The hypothesis about the positive impact of systematic physical education and sports on the level of psychological well-being is empirically investigated. The study involved 25 students aged 18-25, divided into two groups: those who regularly engage in sports (n=13) and those who do not (n=12). The K. Riff Psychological Well-Being Scale was used for diagnosis. Data processing using the Mann-Whitney U-test showed statistically significant differences in favor of the active lifestyle group, confirming the resourceful role of physical activity in maintaining students' mental health.
