This article explores the impact of regular physical training on the development of emotional intelligence (EI). Emotional intelligence involves the ability to recognize and manage one's own emotions, as well as to understand the feelings of others. Regular sports activities contribute to improving self-regulation, boosting self-confidence, and developing empathy, which are key aspects of EI. The article discusses the mechanisms through which physical activity helps cope with stress, strengthen self-esteem, and enhance social skills, especially in the context of team sports.
