The recombinant colicin E2 (RecColE2) effect on the some geriatric parameters of male white mice aged 1,5-2 years was studied. The drug was administered in the mice of the experimental group for 365 days subcutaneously at a dose of 25 mcg (0.25 cm3) in the first month once a week, in the next 11 months twice a month. It was found on the 365 day after the use of RecColE2 in the experimental group, the preservation of the telomere length of CD4+ lymphocytes, an increase in antiinflammatory cytokines, a decrease in prostaglandin E2 in the blood and the number of aberrations in bone marrow cells were noted.

Aberrations, elderly white mice, geriatric properties, colicin e2, telomeres, cytokines
