The paper discusses the issue of «Catholic captivity» of Russian theological academies philosophy of pre-revolutionary period basing on the study of theological and philosophical heritage of the representatives of the Russian emigration of XX century. The author notes the historical-philosophical significance of this issue for the modern theological school in the context of building intercultural dialogue and interfaith relations.
