The article considers change occurred in living soil cover of bilberry pine forest as consequence of environmental harvesting of different intensity. These environmental harvesting was carried out at the age of 13 years in Obozersky forest district in Arkhangelsk region (northern forest district). During 58 years on cutting areas with a higher percentage of thinning occurs grading type of forest from blackberry pine forest to foxberry pine forest. Changes in moss-lichen tier are less pronounced, however more intensive environmental harvesting leads to lichens appearance.
