Influence of Russian mentality on imperial policy of colonization

The article considers specific influence of Russian national mentality on the process of colonization which corresponds with West European sociocultural experience of such kind. The author pays attention to the difference between these phenomena which is connected not only with objective sociоeconomic conditions but also with peculiar features of national mentalities of specific cultural experience.
