Effect of sapropel nitragines on seedlings of bean varieties of Omsk breeding when growing under the conditions of hydro-light culture

The paper shows the results of the use of an organo-bacterial composition, which has a stimulating and adaptogenic effect on the development of bean seedlings cultivated in closed hydro-light culture. Laboratory experiments were carried out on the varieties of the Omsk State Agrarian University, differing in the ratio of the yield of seeds to the mass of their nodules - variety Marusya, for vegetable use, and variety Lukerya, for grain purpose. For each variant the experiments were conducted three times. Each variant had 18 seeds. Methods of visual analysis were used in the work: observation, counting, and measurement of aboveground and underground organs in plants. The results obtained indicate that this biocomposition had a pronounced stimulating effect on the development of the biomass of bean seedlings at the initial stage of ontogenesis. At the same time, differences were observed in terms of length. Thus, in the Lukerya variety, inoculation made the plants shorter. No such effect was observed on the Marusya variety.
