Staff turnover is a natural phenomenon for enterprises, since it involves the employee leaving the enterprise on a voluntary basis, most often due to finding him a more profitable place of work for him. But a high level of turnover in organizations threatens its stability. The article is devoted to the problem of unbalancing between market offers and demand of applicants.
