The impact of the system of measures of non-tariff regulation on doing business in the EAEU countries

Non-tariff measures, along with tariff measures, are the main instrument for regulating international business in the EAEU countries. Reconciliation of non-tariff measures is conditioned by the norms of international law in the context of the functioning of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the World Trade Organization. The application of non-tariff regulation measures is becoming more important within the framework of the integration association of the EAEU countries, where there are no tariff barriers.
