Research results of influence of long term fertilizers application in the third crop rotation after castor on leached chernozem fertility and winter wheat productivity have been presented. Changes in the content of mineral nitrogen, mobile phosphorus, exchangeable potassium; phosphate mobility, microbiological activity of soil after fertilizers application are shown. Information on winter wheat water consumption, its productivity; content, total assimilation and consumption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium for 1 ton of grain formation, balance between application and consumption of these nutrition elements have been shown as well. It has been proved that the optimum rate of winter wheat fertilization in grain row-crop rotation after castor - is N 90P 60 - that provides maximum crop return. In systematic moderate fertilization of crop rotation after castor for achievement of winter wheat productivity about 6 t/ha it is sufficient to compensate about 50 % of nitrogen and 80 % of phosphorus Potassium is not effective for fertilization of winter wheat after castor.
