Influence of social and psychological climate on efficiency and quality of labor in trade retail

This article examines the concepts of "socio-psychological climate", "labor efficiency", studied their relationship and impact on the success of an organization in retail. Analyzed the main indicators of the socio-psychological climate of the labor collective. The socio-psychological climate is considered as a tool for motivating work. Attention is drawn to the correlation between the factors of the socio-psychological climate, efficiency and quality of labor, and the need to manage these factors in a competitive environment in retail trade is also determined.
