The influence of socio-psychological climate on interpersonal relations in the workplace

The article presents the analysis of the influence of socio-psychological climate on interpersonal relations in the workplace. It is proved that one of the most important conditions for the growth of labor productivity and quality of work is formation of favorable social and psychological climate in the workplace. Basing on the data of the conducted sociological research, the author proposes that the existing character of interpersonal relations along with a variety of objective and subjective factors significantly influences on the socio-psychological climate in the workplace. The most important indicators of interpersonal relations in the working collective number are considered, such as solidarity and the dominance of sympathy and antipathy that have various manifestations depending on the field of professional activity and gender of employees.
