Influence of social and psychological climate on personnel motivation

This article reveals the dependence of the socio-psychological climate and staff motivation. Over the years, the scientific community has come to the conclusion that motivation is a necessary tool in personnel management. In this regard, there is a need to study all the factors affecting this aspect. One of the key aspects affecting the personnel motivation system in the organization is the state of the socio-psychological climate. This article describes the impact of the socio-psychological climate on staff motivation, as well as on the effectiveness of the professional activities of each employee.
