The impact of social capital on management practices: theory and examples

The purpose of the work is to study theoretical and practical features of the influence of social capital on managerial practices. The theoretical features of the emergence of the concept of “social capital” are considered. The main features that are used to study social capital are highlighted. The main forms of social capital in the sphere of organization management are analyzed. The main factors determining the current level of social capital development at the level of enterprise management are listed. The main practical benefits that an organization with properly formed social capital receives are highlighted. In conclusion, the necessity of continuing the development of new theoretical approaches to the study of social capital issues in enterprise management and methods of their practical implementation is noted.
