In the modern educational process, conflicts are becoming an integral part of communication and interaction between participants in the educational environment. Differing opinions, values, and beliefs can cause tension between students, teachers, and other participants in the learning process. However, misunderstandings and negative emotions associated with conflicts are often based on social norms that are formed in the educational environment. These norms can be both constructive and destructive, which in turn affects the quality of communication. This article examines the influence of social norms on the manifestation and resolution of conflicts in the educational environment.
