The existance of the latent form of an endometrits is the reason of development in ovarium of inactive persistent yellow bodies and subclinical form of mastitis. During this situation the use of preparations from prostoglandins group is inefficiently. Elimination of inflammatory process in a uterus intensifies the uterus glands functions producing endogenous prostaglandins which cause lysis of an inactive persistent yellow body of ovarium. Restoration of sexual recurrence at such animals is accompanied by decrease in level of somatic cells in milk.
