This article provides a theoretical review on the impact of modern technologies and requirements on management structures. It is determined that in the current economic situation it is extremely necessary for companies to digitalize their activities and integrate digital tools (digital tools) into the personnel management system. First of all, this is required in order to maximize the reduction of employees’ time, reduce financial resources and labor costs required for other tasks. Along with this, it is necessary to achieve an increase in the efficiency and productivity of the enterprise. This article points out that one of the main topics for companies is digital transformation - the use of technology to radically improve the efficiency or expand the scope of the enterprise, which will ensure the re-building of the management structure in accordance with modern technology. The conclusion is that digital transformation and implementation of technologies is currently considered by companies and is not only an innovation and trend, but also a necessity as an integral part of development.
