The data of research the influence of spinal and total intravenous anesthesia with artificial lungs ventilation on uterine-placental-fetal blood flow and state of newborns at operation of Cesarean section at pregnant women with severe preeclampsia are presented. It is revealed that application of spinal anesthesia for pregnant women with severe preeclampsia improves perinatal outcomes that, most likely, is connected with improvement of uterine-placental-fetal blood flow at this type of anesthesia.
