The new low-invasive oblique pararectal miniaccess to the dome of a blind gut in acute appendicitis is developed. The technique of operation performing is described. Quality of a life of patients after appendectomy from mini-access and standard access is studied using questionnaire SF-36. Improved quality of life of patients after low-invasive surgery is shown.
