In the course of long-term researches it was determined that minimal (12-14cm), fall zero-tillage soil treat-ment and moldboard plowing (22-24 cm) were promoting the accumulation of the identical amount of efficient mois-ture in the one-meter soil layer, did not increase density of soil consistency and dispersion above the optimal parameters on the common chernozem. Fall zero- and minimal soil treatment has led to the increase of infestation of oil crops fields in 2.2 times and more. The maximal yield of sunflower was 2.20 t/ha, castor - 1.20 t/ha, coriander - 1.15 t/ha; it was reached by using fertilizers and herbicides in all variants of primary soil treatment. Coriander yield reduced by 40% in the case of the fall zero soil treatment without using herbicides. By the absence of fertilizers and herbicides in the case of energy-efficient soil treatment castor and coriand-er yields were 0.33-0.52 t/ha and 0.23-0.38 t/ha respectively.
