Influence of sowing dates on chemical composition of yellow-seeded spring rape. Osik N.S., Yu.Yu. Pomorova. "Scientific Bulletin", VNIIMK, 2005, v. 1 (132). Influence of weather conditions on oil, protein and glucosinolate content in growing period of yellow-seed spring rape depended on the sowing dates is shown. It is determined that first and second sowing dates are the most favorable for receiving of seeds with high oil content and low glucosinolate content, in other words the first half of April is the best date for both yellow- and grey-seeded samples of spring rape.
