Influence of the status of university lecturer on the efficiency of education in the field of culture

The article analyzes the relationship of teacher status and effectiveness of the training of university students engaged in the training of future specialists in the sphere of culture. Substantiates the essence of the modern teacher status. It is noted that the status of teachers is composed of a plurality of elements of the legal, economic, ethical and socio-psychological plan. The estimation of the parameters and characteristics of modern high school teacher status, as well as professional skills shown a role in increasing the efficiency of higher education in the field of culture.
