Влияние стейкхолдеров на экологическое инвестирование компаний Арктической зоны Российской Федерации

Введение. Необходимость перехода к устойчивому развитию компаний арктических регионов России и их низкий уровень инвестиций в охрану окружающей среды делают актуальным изучение факторов, определяющих объемы экологического инвестирования. Цель статьи - на основе проведенного исследования проанализировать влияние на уровень экологических инвестиций компании отдельных групп финансовых стейкхолдеров. Материалы и методы. Методология работы построена на теории стейкхолдеров. Изучались показатели инвестиционной активности компаний северо-западных арктических регионов России, для чего были использованы методы описательной статистики, проведены иерархический кластерный и дискриминантный анализы. Результаты исследования. Выявлено, что компании изучаемой территории характеризуются низким объемом экологических инвестиций, однако он выше, чем в среднем по стране. Направление и сила влияния отдельных стейкхолдеров на инвестирование в охрану окружающей среды дифференцированы по экологическим направлениям. При этом все выделенные группы стейкхолдеров оказывают положительное, хотя и различное воздействие на уровень инвестиций в охрану окружающей среды по всем направлениям в совокупности. В наибольшей степени текущий объем экологических инвестиций обусловлен интересами корпоративных кредиторов и федеральных органов власти, в наименьшей - собственников, особенно иностранных. Обсуждение и заключение. С учетом полученных результатов даны рекомендации для повышения текущего уровня экологической инвестиционной активности компаний. Теоретическая значимость работы определяется уточнением теории стейкхолдеров и концепции зеленых финансов. Практическая значимость заключается в получении возможности выработать адресные меры по поддержке заинтересованных инвесторов и повышению ориентации прочих лиц на охрану окружающей среды.
