The influence of pedagogical leadership styles on the efficiency of students' training joint-cooperation

In the article there is analyzed the category “pedagogical leadership” in the context of a student group management. There are addressed status and personality -oriented functions of an educator as a student group leader, as well as the authoritarian, democratic and liberal leadership styles by a formal small group. The article author is suggested its own understanding of pedagogical leadership styles influence on the join-cooperation efficiency of an academic students' group.
