Influence of structural shifts of high-tech sectors on the labor market in Russia

The article shows that the effective interaction of government and business in a market economy involves policy of multilevel support innovation activity of enterprises, attraction of investments in the socio-economic partnership for structural modernization of the high-tech sector and the adaptation of the institutional mechanism of the labor market. Institutional nature of the labor market is revealed through the cognitive potential of work force, increasing allocative function and adaptation strategy of development of hightech sector in condition of cyclic development in socio-economic processes.
