The influence of the properties of the nervous system on the success of physical education activities of female students of architectural specialties

The article examines the peculiarities of the influence of the properties of the nervous system and related physical qualities on the success of sports activities of female students studying in architectural specialties. The analysis shows that the level of development of such physical qualities as speed and endurance is largely determined by the typological features of the nervous system – strength, mobility and balance of nervous processes. The study is based on the results of testing the physical fitness of female students of architecture and the characteristics of their nervous system. The data obtained make it possible to identify the relationship between the individual typological features of the nervous system and achievements in physical education and sports activities, as well as to offer recommendations for optimizing the educational process in physical education classes at the university. The results of the study can be used to develop personalized physical training programs aimed at improving athletic performance and preventing overwork in female students of architectural specialties.
