In the article, the results of the empirical research of the types of implicit theory of personnel selection are presented. These types are investigated in the context of their influence on the socialpsychological parameters of organizational behavior. The conclusion reads about the influence of the types of implicit theory of the personnel selection on the organizational commitment, job satisfaction.
