The article made the analysis of the financial condition of construction companies, the proposed approach to the calculation of the efficiency indicator taking into account savings from the reduction of transaction costs. The results of the calculations, it is concluded that transaction costs have an active effect on the profitability of construction organizations.lt is concluded that the revival of the stagnant economy and efficiency does not always require the use of new machinery, advanced technology and production methods. Normative-legal acts that reduce transaction costs, can increase productivity and efficiency, even without innovation. It is determined that a significant proportion of transaction costs is the cost of overcoming administrative barriers.
