Motivation of work occupies a key place in the personnel management system. The leading role is given to this process quite naturally, because it is the motivation of employees that determines the quality of the work performed, the services provided, the degree of customer satisfaction, and labor productivity. The article considers the factors that determine the specifics of the development of the system of material incentives for workers in organizations in the service sector and the conditions for the formation of labor motivation. A system of indicators is proposed that allows us to differentiate wages of workers depending on the quality of the services provided.
