The influence of the remote form of work on the emotional state

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of remote work on the emotional state of employees. As a research goal, the author identified an attempt to evaluate the positive and negative aspects of work in an online format. The method chosen is psychodiagnostic testing. The article provides a comparison of several techniques. Based on the analysis of two groups of respondents working remotely, as well as the involvement of a control group of office respondents, it is established that the transition to an online format of work in the first six months causes stress and anxiety for most, and after a year, productivity and self-confidence levels increase among employees.
