The time dependences of oxide coating growth during anodization of aluminium A3 and alloy D16 in aqueous solution of sulfuric acid with aeration of the solution by a ozone-aerial mixture are studied. Thickness, microhardness and wearproofness of the coating are increased thanks to intensification of the anodization processes. Ultrasonic influence simultaneously with aeration of the electrolyte by the ozone-aerial mixture increases microhardness and wearproofness of the coating.
