The article describes the results of the studies on the impact of the vegetation conditions of shallot on the biochemical content of its bulbs and green leaves. According to the accumulation of dry substance in the bulbs and green leaves and the content of vitamin C it is the variety of Zoloto Altaya while according to the content of total sugar as well as minimal content of nitrates in the bulbs in 2017 and in the leaves in 2018 it is the variety of Sharm .
