Annatation: One of the most important factors in the growth of production efficiency is the improvement of the quality of the products or services provided. Improving the quality of products is currently regarded as a crucial condition for its competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets. In this article, it is proposed to introduce a kaizen proposal at a particular enterprise and see its impact on product competitiveness, and also to calculate time savings and cost savings.
